Tips for Members

• Never share your password, OTP, bank or payment details with anyone.
• Share personal contact details only after mutual interest and multiple conversations.
• Take your family into confidence early in the process — family involvement brings safety and support.
• Do not send money to anyone you meet on the platform for any reason.
• Be cautious of matches that ask for early financial help or child-marriage like arrangements.
• Use a separate email and strong password for your matrimonial account.

Before Meeting in Person

• Meet in a public place with family or a trusted friend present.
• Inform a family member about your meeting place and time.
• Keep your phone fully charged and share your live location with family.
• Do not travel alone to meet someone for the first time in an unfamiliar city.
